We process your data only when: (a) you have given consent, (b) processing is necessary to fulfil a contract such as your purchase, (c) we have a legitimate interest such as fraud prevention and security, or (d) we are required by law.

8. Data Retention

Account data: until account deletion. Transaction records: 7 years (tax/legal compliance). Download tokens: 365 days. Contact messages: 2 years. Server logs: 90 days.

9. Data Security

We protect your data using: SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) on all pages; Bcrypt password hashing; secure private file storage not publicly accessible; Cloudflare protection against attacks; and regular security monitoring.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: Session cookies to keep you logged in; CSRF tokens to protect form submissions; Cookie consent to remember your preference. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

11. Children's Privacy
